My hubby’s scooter was due for service and as we have always had brilliant service from yourselves, we book it in again. We cannot express our gratitude to Helen, who collected and delivered the scooter back to us, phoned to explain what needed doing. She is such a lovely lady, kind and caring, nothing is too much trouble and she explained everything so well.
The scooter needed some work doing, Helen, found out the prices, phoned us and gave us time to discuss it. We booked it in, again Helen collected it and phoned to say, it was completed and they would deliver back. It was delivered back by Gordon, who does the repairs, what a pleasant gentleman, very friendly, would recommend you to anyone wanting a mobility scooter, serviced or repaired. Reasonable and the very best staff.

We hired a mobility scooter for my mum (we were staying at Devon Cliffs) she was so helpful and knowledgeable from the start. Unfortunately I had a fall and sprained my ankle and damaged my knee (I also suffer with Arthritis and Fibromyalgia) and was unable to walk properly after the fall and we called Sarah on the off chance of me being able to hire one, and she was so helpful and delivered it to me the same day so I was able to continue to enjoy the rest of my holiday. My Mum took delivery of her riser/recliner chair last Friday (20/3). The chair was delivered within three weeks. Kelly and her colleague brought a demonstration chair to Mum's home and set it up. We were given a clear and concise demonstration of the chair and of all the options that were available. Both Kelly and her colleague were well informed' there was no pressurised selling and we felt very comfortable.
Given the current climate with Covid-19, we were reassured to know that all safety measures were in place when the chair was delivered; social distancing, gloves, mouths and noses covered etc.
The old chair was taken away and Kelly and Sarah took the time to vacuum where the old chair had been before the new chair was put in situ.
Kelly, Sarah and I think it was Ryan are experts in this field. They are empathetic and understand and respond to the needs of their customers. They had all the time in the world for us as we dithered over styles and fabrics.
Living and Lifestyle have more than exceeded our expectations. Thank you so much from Anne and Sarah

I've just taken delivery of a mobility scooter, which is going to change my life for the better. Helen brought it to my home for me to try out and today it's all mine! Just want to say a huge thank-you to Helen who was friendly, helpful and professional. What a very helpful place I went there at 4.50 and it was raining. The assistant who was so helpful came out to my car for ease. I purchased the item from the shop which I was after. So helpful thank you.

Excellent customer service. My sister and I have been bringing our parents to Devon Cliffs Holiday Park, Exmouth for a couple of years and have hired a wheelchair from this place. Our dad (aged 88) uses a wheelchair to get around but we don't have room in my car for his usual one with all our luggage (!) so this service is ideal. We collected from the shop the first two times which was okay but meant we missed the use at the weekend as the shop closes at Saturday lunchtime. On the second occasion we were told that a wheelchair could be left at the Reception of the holiday park ready for us on the Saturday and we could return it there at the end of our week's holiday. We did this just last week and I would like to say that this proved to be an excellent, convenient service. There was no extra charge to what is a very reasonable cost in the first place. Thank you very much!

The service I received from yourselves was brilliant. I hired a scooter for 3 days. I never wanted to do it but Was persuaded by my daughter as it would help me.
I must say it was so good giving me independence.

‘Hi Helen, I thought I’d just send you a quick email to say thank you. Thank you so much for your professional advice and good nature when my mother and I came in to see you this afternoon. As you can imagine, it was quite a task to get mum to consider a 4-wheel rollator. But having talked her into coming to your shop today, I did wonder if it might have been a wasted journey! But having decided on one, and then push it out to car, then back up to her flat, she was converted. We both really feel it will enable her to achieve her goal of being able to walk down and back into Budleigh from her flat at the top of Cliff Road. Many thanks, and I’m sure using the new smart Rollator she will achieve her goal’.
